Annual Radio One Book Fair

What's on your mind...

Had a wonderful time at the Annual Radio One Book Fair last weekend. I am thankful that although it was rescheduled due to the weather, it was still well attended. Also, the group of people attending the workshop in the afternoon were wonderful, I enjoyed hearing their stories, sharing my book and my publishing experiences. If you love books, are a writer or interested in writing, put this event on your calendar for next year!!

This book was very enlightening in that it brought out the real inner struggle that is so prevalent concerning diets as well as eating habits. The author did a tremendous job of being candid and honest about her efforts to change her eating habits as well as her lifestyle. Even during the times that she had to talk to herself in order to stay on track, it still revealed the reality as well as the difficulty of such a journey. I believe that the combination of the spiritual along with the practical gave her the insight as well as the strength to walk through this particular season in her life. I believe that those who are really sincere about losing weight and developing a healthy lifestyle will benefit and be blessed as they follow her journey and stick to their own plan on the strong days as well as the weak days.
