Sunday Mornings

What's on your mind...

"Prayer... it is the most powerful weapon that we have and the least used". As pastor talked about the church, the question was are we operating in the true power of God? What are the signs of a great church?

If prayer really changes things, should the church have more of an impact on the communities around us. If My people who are called by My Name will humble themselves and pray and seek My Face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

Are we seeking? Are we turning? Are we praying? Are we trusting that the Lord will do what He said He will do?

  1. Why is the conversation so tame? This is 2010. We are dealing with issues unlike those of the past, like sex, political groups whose convictions change when someone in the group strays. Sara Palin is against sex ed. in school. Her teenage daughter is an unwed mother. Bush was behaving like a democrat when he spent more money than any other president. Lets call these fanatics on the carpet. Conservative my a_ _.
